This story is about an awful creep who doesn’t know how to control his emotions. Adam Scott plays the role really well. So well, that you’ll hate him for it. Almost everyone here is either committing a moral crime or keeping some dark secret. I was bothered throughout the whole film and by the end, I completely stopped caring.

However, these people are so out-of-their-damn-minds that they neglect more than just their instincts. They abandon all of their basic logic too. Bunch of cry babies. Tom Cruise’s popularity is plummeting so what better way to redeem himself than to try and kill Hitler! Anybody that tries to kill Hitler is an instant hero. All the craziness that is Tom Cruise aside, it’s a fantastic movie. Very suspenseful and a definite must-watch.

Valhalla Rising

This isn't nearly what I was expecting. It's overly artsy but very dark and brooding at least. If you have seen the Russian, Sci-fi Stalker, this movie has a lot of that tone – lonely, powerful, and with beautiful shots. I just wish there was a bit more back story to our mute, anti-hero.

It doesn't matter if you don't know anything about the original graphic novel (like me). This is a great movie. Fantastic writing, good action, and a solid performance by Natalie Portman...and some guy in a mask. Best “some guy in a mask" performance, ever.
