X-Men: First Class

There were a few parts that made me laugh out loud and I don’t mean that in a good way. The developing relationships seemed rushed but have to be forgiving to that because there are so many characters. The most important relationship between Professor X and Magfassbender was the highlight of it all. This new reboot definitely outdoes the older ones.

Sidenote: Whoever decided to have the Nazi coin turn into the X-Men badge is a dumbhead.

The same can be said about every TV series turned into a movie. It's like one long episode.

My mother insisted that Wolverine was a robot. After some figuring out, I realized that she had accidentally seen an early leak of the movie at her friend’s house. She saw an unfinished version where parts of Hugh Jackman were still in CG. I explained to my mom that brand new movies are not released on hand-written DVD’s. No more hanging out with bootleg friends, mom!

This isn’t bad but do you know why it’s not nearly as good as the first two? Never forget this name, Brett Ratner. Even with the cool story about Jean Grey going dark, it couldn’t compete with the first two film’s style and charm.

Don't be too picky now, we've always wanted X-Men movies when we were kids so be happy that it doesn't suck.

It’s rare to thank Hollywood but here goes. Thank you Hollywood for not ruining our childhood dreams. We forgive you for not casting Arnold Schwarzenegger as Colossus because Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine is really tubular. Why did you have Toad though? Nobody likes him and he wasn’t even in a video game. We would have been totally cool with Blob, which Rush Limbaugh could play. Anyway, thanks again for not being jerks.
